Pakistan names its missiles after former Muslim warriors. Three of the missiles fired in May 2002 were named; Ghauri, Ghaznavi, Abdali. These were also the names of three prominent Muslim warlords who invaded India between the 11th and 18th centuries. (Source; BBC)
