|A Woman Boxer in Mexico? That seems practically impossible. But it's real. A 27 year old woman, Gloria Rios, mother of two children (12 year old Bernice and 10 year old Omar), works alongside her husband in hard construction, mixing her family duties and passion for boxing.
Where she is from there are no rules, no favours, no referee or manager and no standing count either. It's just hit, hit and keep hitting until the other person goes down, or dies, or until you can hit no more. Tenderness and hugs don't count here as much as strength and resilience.
