    An oil firefighter worker is rescued after been submerged underneath the thick oil slick. The worker ran into trouble as he was attempting to fix an underwater pump during
    oil spill cleanup operations in Dalian, China.
    The spill was caused by a pipeline blast at the
    Dalian Port, causing severe threats to coastal waters, ecosystems and marine life with significant consequences to the fishing industry, tourism and local communities.
