Photographer Anna Fox at HOST discussing her work, in particular her recently-published anthology, Anna Fox Photographs 1983-2007, edited by Val Williams.
Anna Fox, recent nominee for this year's Deutsche Börse Photography Prize, has been working in photography and video for over 20 years. Influenced by the British documentary tradition and US 'New Colourists' her first project, Workstations (first published by and exhibited at Camerawork, London in 1988), critically observed London office culture in the mid-Thatcher years. Later work documenting weekend wargames, Friendly Fire, was exhibited in the Warworks exhibition at the V&A and in the Netherlands and Canada.
