Open to all photographers - Exhibit & sell your work at HOST - Win £1000
 

Have your photographs exhibited and sold in London’s prestigious HOST Gallery... seen and judged by respected industry professionals... and of course the chance to win the first annual Foto8 Award for Best in Show and £1000.

What are we looking for?
The Foto8 Awards and Summer Show is open to all photographers. We’d like to see your personal or political work from the past 18 months.

Those familiar with Foto8 and 8 magazine will know that we are interested in photography which challenges and engages the viewer, conveys stories and raises questions rather than answers. We encourage free expression, new ways of seeing and telling and photography that conveys feelings as much as facts.

How do I enter?
1. Download and read the Entry Guidelines PDF

2. Click here and pay the £10 admin fee (make a note of your transaction code).  **PLEASE NOTE: This is £10 per entrant, not per image. You may enter 1, 2 or 3 images for the same one-off fee.**

3. Send us up to 3 images - either individually or as a set. You can submit your entry online or by post (see guidelines).

Foto8 will shortlist 100+ of the best entries to hang in the Summer Show exhibition at HOST. Once the exhibition is open, a judging panel will decide on their favourite image to be named Best in Show and awarded £1000.

The deadline for entries is 24 May 2008.
