Photographic charity Changing Ideas (www.changingideas.org) and Toscana Photographic Workshops (www.tpw.it) are holding a worshop entitled Working with NGO’s and Making a Difference with Photography which will take place in Kolkata, India from 14-22 March 2009.

The workshop will be lead by photographer Stanley Greene, Daily Telegraph picture editor Cheryl Newman and Alice Wynne Wilson, former Communications Director of ActionAid India and several local NGOs.

Participating photographers will gain an invaluable insight into the needs of NGO’s and the types of imagery they require, and provide the NGOs with material to help them in an area of their work be that fundraising, advocacy or awareness. Click here for further details.
