The Pierre and Alexandra Boulat Grant&nbsp; will be awarded to a photographer to assist them to produce &quot;a story that must be told&quot; but that the photographer cannot find support for from within the mainstream media. The first grant in 2008 will be awarded at Visa pour L&rsquo;Image in Perpignan in September.
