Seen by many as the start of a prosperous future for Azerbaijan Effendi describes the aspirations of her countrymen set against the dissappointment felt by those living along the route of the pipeline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Rena Effendi&#8217;s book, <em>Pipe Dreams,<\/em> was published November 2009 by Schilt publishing. The project will be exhibited throughout 2010 travelling from the UK to Russia and many other locations.
