What new opportunities exists for&nbsp; photographers? What are the pitfalls and how can we sustain our professional practices in the current economic climate? How are new photographic practices being supported and disseminated?<\/p>\n<p>Symposium participants include: Malcolm Dickson (Street Level Photoworks); Patrick Henry (Open Eye Gallery); Camilla Brown (Photographers\u2019 Gallery); Greg Hobson (National Media Museum); Marc Prust (freelance photography consultant and curator); Susanna Brown (V&amp;A); Lauren Heinz (Foto8) and Sarah Pickering (artist\/photographer). The event will be chaired by Alessandro Vincentelli (Curator, Baltic). <br \/> Admission to the symposium is free, but booking in advance is essential.<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio Reviews will take place on
