\"summershow2012_280\"2012 marks the fifth year of the Foto8 Summershow. This year we had an unprecedented response with entries, receiving exactly 3226 individual images entered from all around the globe. The 159 works ultimately chosen by our group of editors are hung in Foto8’s gallery over the summer. For the duration of the show, we invite you, the public, to come and view the exhibition and vote for your favourite image – the winner will be named the People’s Choice Award 2012.<\/p>\n

As ever, we are extremely grateful to all of the entrants, without whom the Summershow would not be possible. And especially to our esteemed judges of the Best in Show award: Gerry Badger, Phil Coomes, Alison Jackson, Simon Roberts and Ossian Ward.<\/p>\n
