Grand Prix Care pour le Reportage Humanitaire 2008<\/p>\n

<\/b>CARE France launched the 13th edition of the<\/o:p> Grand Prix CARE International du Reportage Humanitaire, in conjunction with the Visa pour l’Image Photojournalism Festival in Perpignan, which this year celebrates it’s 20th year. <\/p>\n

Entry forms and information in French and English are available from the address below and the closing date is 10 June 2008.

\nEuropean Photograph of the Year Award<\/b><\/p>\n

The "Agence pour la Promotion de la Photographie Professionnelle en
\nFrance" introduces "The European Photograph of the Year". The only
\nphotographers entitled to enter this competition are professionals
\nresiding in France or in the French Territories overseas (known as
\nDom-Tom). <\/p>\n

The “European photograph of the year” shall be awarded to any
\nprofessional photographer residing in Europe and outside of France. The
\n“Young Talent of the Year Photograph” applies to all professional
\nphotographers  having their residence in France and having operated for
\nno more than two years on January 1st 2008. The subject is open, but
\nall images must have been taken between 1 January and 31 December 2008.
