IT"S 10 AM. 250 people, mostly women, stand in front of the Algiers office of Human Rights in Algeria. Some are wearing head-shawls, others a veil. Among them are young children. The women carry signs: "Disappeared My Husband"; "bring back my son".
Fighting for justice, they want to know what has happened to their loved ones. Have they been killed? Where are they buried? And who is responsible?
They have been asking these questions for years and have never had a reply.
The moment the demonstrators move en masse, the riot police appear, they act with brutal force to silence the women.
